Preceding 6 calendar months performed and logged under actual or simulated conditions -6 instrument approaches -holding procedures and tasks -intercepting and tracking courses through the use of navigational electronic systems 6 more months to get current or require an instrument proficiency check (IPC) from CFII

What is an amended clearance?

amendments to the initial clearance will be issued at any time ATC deems such action necessary to avoid possible confliction between aircraft
