The Joint Intake Center (JIC) receives and tracks allegations of misconduct. Their main goal to: 1. Receive, process and track allegations of involving CBP and ICE employees. 2. Coordinate with the Office of the Inspector General. 3. Refer reports to the appropriate office for investigation, fact-finding, or immediate management action.
