If you can take a disease process and tell me... What the patient can die from by having it? How would you know they are dying from it? What would you do if they were dying from it? What would a CNA do in this situation? You will pass.

Patient can read situation by your face/reactions. As well as their families face/reactions.

Patient needs contact/touch - but watch their v/s when they have contact, if they tank, etc., the contact is bad.

RN must be good at restating what physician said.

Sometimes a patients goal is physiological (lab values better, etc.) not always "patient will..."
