Binocular - both eyes Monocular - one eye
What gustatory sensation is an evolutionary survival advantage?
Bitter
What are the major parts of the eye?

endorphines are released in order to try and make the pain better
What are sound waves?
pressure changes in the atmosphere capable of being detected by auditory organs
What are sensory receptors?
sensory neurons or cells that are able to respond to environmental stimuli
What is sensory adaptation and why is it important?
when a constant stimulus is presented for a length of time, sensation often fades or dissapears
