Applicants express values, beliefs and opinions thought to be held by the interviewer. Their aim is to get interviewer's to like them.

Situational Questions

Examine how the applicants would respond to hypothetical situations that are similar to those that they may encounter in their jobs.

Note taking is important for other reasons as well, it encourages interviewers to pay attention to what is being said and to organize their thought.
