First, Hatshepsut was the first women to rule as a pharaoh. Also, Hatshepsut didn't only expand ancient Egypt by war but also made Egypt richer by trade.

Akhenaton tried to make change the way the Egyptians worshipped by having people only worshipping one god, the sun god named Aton. He then closed the temple to the other gods. This made priests furious and suddenly lost power.

I think Thutmose tried to erase all records of Hatshepsut's reign because he was jealous of her rule and wanted to take power.
Why was the government of Egypt stable under Ramses II?
The government was table under Ramses II because he made Egypt powerful through war. Soon after he became pharaoh, he led an army into battle against the Hittic (an enemy) . No one won but Ramses established a treaty and was the first know peace treaty in world history. Having one ruler for 66 years made the Egyptian government stable. His reign was also a time of peace. After the treaty with Hitties, no enemy threatened Egypt while Ramses ruled.
In what ways were the reigns of Akhenaton and Ramses II different?
The reigns of Akhenaton and Ramses II were different because Akhenaton tired to change things and when Ramses II was successful and was powerful through the war. Akhenaton changed the ways of life and art. Ramses II empire last a stable 66 years and he establish the first world treaty. Also, pharaohs were depicted as god like in art under Ramses but normal under Akhenaton.
