-internship of supervised clinical experience in an applied setting -B4 PHD/PsyD is awarded

counseling psychologists

-lots of overlap & often work together -work with less seriously disturbed patients and tend to work in university counseling centers -humanistic/client- centered approach> behaviorism

stresses the scientific side of psychology more strongly than the Boulder model but still award the PHD
