Supervision, cleanup, temporary utilities, and security fencing are all examples of general conditions.

It acts as a confirmation of an order that has been placed prior to the date it is actually due for delivery. It generally occurs the afternoon before the scheduled delivery and confirms or denies that the delivery date is still a go.
