So coming out of the restaurant... More guests than silverware example.

What are your career goals?

Starting out, what is important for me is the opportunity to grow & develop in a company such as CSC. I want the opportunity to learn and begin to develop expertise in a position as well as the want to strongly understand the company I am growing into. Down the road, I want to eventually become an innovative member of the team. Working on product strategy and having the opportunity to take the things I've learned and truly make a difference for helping the company further reach it's potential.

How often do you prefer to receive feedback? More independent worker? Or likes to check in regularly?

Well, I will say during the learning and training process I am always about regular check-ins. I want to best do things correctly early. I always say I'd rather make the mistake once. Also, I am not above double checking my work with another and get a second opinion. Can I be a perfectionist? Absolutely. However, I've strongly learned others can provide more efficient ways of thinking about things than I can. As well as I for them. "Two Heads are better than one"

Tell Me a bit about what you know about the position? What you know about CSC?

Well, actually, it's funny you ask that because my girlfriend is works as an accountant at a company called Imagine360, and she started in Accounts Receivable. Her as a resource for utilizing the in-depth aspects of Excel such as V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc Now the unique part about this position at CSC is that it appears to be strongly customer service focused and deals essentially more with collections. ***It mentions in the job posting generate a specified number of calls. How exactly does that get tracked?*** I take a lot of pride in my phone presence and with speaking to people so I am looking forward to that, but I was just curious - Contacting customers from other companies and just sort of "reminding" them about the invoice agreement between them and CSC. - Being service oriented - Team Player atmosphere - Strong Attention-to-Detail e.x. Poker Math example e.x. Dealer Trainer I understand this position requires someone who has strong experience with Excel - I'm open to any training to learn more and get additional training you may see fit also. (Valley Forge Admin Sgt example), is very good at problem-solving, as well as experience in fast-paced environments which I have A LOT of. I will be working in a team, which I am excited about, because I love collaborating. I really enjoy camaraderie and having other members to help with whatever questions I may have. Trust me when I say, I am not at all afraid to ask about what I don't know. I'm always looking to get better and Master the tasks at hand. CSC (Corporation Service Company) CSC, from my understanding, assists corporations by providing services such as risk-management, managing domain names, corporate mergers etc. You're essentially allowing businesses to continue work as usual while you all deal with any legal matters a corporation might be dealing with. This is how I interpreted CSC's objective, through my research I have done on the company. I was actually hoping you, Maureen OR Leslie, might be able to elaborate more for me on what CSC does as a company.

Tell me about yourself

Well... I'm gonna say right off the bat that I am total Goofball! I am a very silly person and I just always try not to take myself too seriously. Back in 2018 I decided to go back to finish my undergrad. It was a real stepping stone for my professional growth and I completed my degree in Winter of 2021. I have a strong passion for Musical theater and I pursued a professional acting career while working in restaurants the past 10 years for flexibility. However, at 35 my goals have grown into wanting to be a part of a company with the opportunity to grow and develop by climbing the corporate ladder and getting involved one day in product strategy for a company like CSC. Can you tell me about a time that you failed and what you learned from that?

West Chester U Acting Class Example

What would you say you are looking for in this position?

Definitely the opportunity to be a part of a team. The customer service aspect gives me the opportunity to utilize one of my greatest professional strengths and I am really looking forward to that. However, I love a challenge, and one of the things that excites me the most is this is a great opportunity to enter the world of Finance. It's a field I have been wanting to break into for quite a while and I love the opportunity of journeying into learning new skills but also the opportunity to showcase the skills I have learned and worked hard to always improve in my ways with people and customer service. I love forming relationships and bonds with people. I am a huge into the team-player attitude. I love collaborating and believe a company, in any position, works as a well-oiled machine if everyone truly allows themselves to take on a piece of the project or task at hand. In restaurants, I was a strong advocate for anytime you walked my a dirty table, saw something on the floor, etc you would grab a little something off to make it that much smoother for turn over. If every team member did that every time, they wouldn't believe the efficiency of getting off the wait times and also being even more successful in the workspace.

What type of work do you tend to thrive in? What was your favorite part about your last job?

I am typically more analytically minded and I have a very strong attention-to-detail. I ALWAYS love and welcome new challenges. Nothing excites me more than being able to learn something new. However, I also have the ability to sink into a more routine-oriented mindset if that's deemed necessary.

What is your greatest weakness?

I tend to say that I'm such a perfectionist that sometimes I find it hard to delegate, but I've learned that when I do I often learn new and better ways to do things.

What is your greatest Strength?

My greatest strength I would say is that I am very thorough and detail-oriented. I am all about getting the task done quickly but most importantly getting it right the first time. I would much rather be consistent and produce quality results than be quick and make mistakes. Red Robin Burger Example
