Age

Men ≥ 45 years old Women ≥ 55 years old

Physical inactivity

Not meeting the minimum threshold of 500-1000 MET-min of moderate-to-vigorous activity 75-150 min per week of moderate-to-vigorous intensity of physical activity

Blood pressure

Systolic BP ≥ 130 mmHg and/or diastolic ≥ 80 mmHg, based on an average of ≥ 2 readings obtained on ≥ 2 occasions On an antihypertensive medication
