PHEVS perform well, the electric motors provide instant torque. As for off roading the jeep wrangler 4Xe is engineered to do pretty much everything that its gas powered siblings can do. Waterproof battery and can even ford streams up to 30 inches deep

That it is charged, blinking means it is charging
