Secretary of State

an elected constitutional officer who is the keeper of Ga's Great Seal; provides supervision and monitoring of elections; oversees 30 state boards

Attorney General

an elected constitutional officer who is the state's chief legal officer; deals with contracts and legal concerns for the state; represents the state in capital felony cases and in any civil action; responsible for investigation and prosecution of any state official.

Commissioner of Agriculture

an elected official who is responsible for regulating and promoting GA's agriculture industry; regulates and monitors convenience stores, food processing and bottling plants, pest eradication programs, nurseries and garden businesses, and state farmer's markets.

Commissioner of Labor

an elected official who regulates the health and safety of workers, enforces state labor laws, administers unemployment insurance programs, and maintains statistical data on labor; child labor laws;
