Describe MASINT/ACINT
Measurement and Signature Target Source (DIA) is information obtained by quantitative/qualitative analysis of data derived from specific technical sensors for the purpose of identifying any distinctive features associated with the srouce, emitter, or sender and t o facilitate subsequent ID and/or measurement of the same. Acoustic intelligence collects/processes acquired acoustic signatures from the surface ships and submarines, although it can also be sued for low-flying aircraft such as helicopters. The difference is how the intelligence is derived.
What is MEDUSA?
Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio is used to describe temporary personnel incapacitation.
