I tend to work well under pressure, it does strain me but I get tasks done.

Describe a situation where you were given performance feedback from your manager?

In a previous role, I received weekly feedback for tasks I was assigned. For a good few weeks, my superviser identified a specific training need, which was dealing with clients in an effective manner. I was set on selling on specific product and not looking to advertise the other products the company had to offer, in doing that I was not contributing to the financial success of the company. Upon their advice, I attended a rigorous sales training workshop over a week period. This proved effecvtive, as I started to implement what I was thought and helped to crack a 4 digit deal, and therefore help the company grow financially.

I have sales experience and client collaberation that spans over a year, I also have the soft skills required for this internship, wheter that be a team-player, collaborator, or a great communicator.

Who was the most difficult person you ever worked with?

The most difficult person I have ever worked with has to be with a colleague when I was working for Cutco. As a sales representative we were assgned a taks where we would have 2 reps trey and sell a product to a customer, however I was faced with the situation of my partner not showing up or responding to my emails. In the end I had to take initiative and speak to my client alone, it worked in the end however, as I ended up cracking a sale.

Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision?

Very recently I was responible for assisting a client with a certain obstacle he was facing in a course. During our sesssions I would try and assist the client to the best of my ability, providing sample solutions creating my own lecture notes. Howver, this client was just not willing o learn and always wanted to find the shortcuts even asking me on multiple occasions to do his homework for him. Each time I would say no and the client would be frustrated. I was always resilient and continuasly refused to cut corners. I personally work to higher standars and while I will try and do as much as I can for a client, it will not be at the expense of breaking the rules. Things came to head one day and I decided to let them go politely and contact my supervisor. Though this costed our company financially, I felt it was important to maintaion our standards and stick to our values.

In this I have tutored over 20 students and have helped them all to pass their most difficult classes.
