Describe a situation when you were under pressure at work?

I am able to thrive under multiple deadlines and projects. For example, I once had to work on three large projects that were all due in the same week. However, by prioritising my responsibilities, working effectively with my colleagues and putting in the extra effort, I was able to complete all three projects ahead of time and avoid any unnecessary stress.

Describe your experience with booking international and domestic travel.

i have booked multiple trips using various systems such as nippon or Concur. I have booked trips internationally and domestically along with multiple cities.

A good way to prioritize is to make a list of the most important things in your life and write them down. Next things is to write an order of what is needed to be done the most to the least, and then put it to use.

What are your strengths?

Conscientious, perceptive, and very hardworking- I have a strong attention to detail and I am serious about my work.

In the banking industry, customer service is essential. Give me an example of a time when you provided excellent customer service

Customer needed a schematic that the we had trouble finding and so i talked to different departments but had no luck. I decided to go through some files located in storage and eventually found what customer was looking for.

Describe a situation when you had to motivate someone in work?

Engineers wouldn't turn in reports on time. I would be flooded with paper and very stressed. I told them in order to be paid correctly they needed to adhere to the cutoff date.

Definite success

For me, success is about doing my job well. I want to be recognized as someone who always does their best and tries their hardest to make my goals. Not only is it just about me but also that my team is doing well and is successful.

Tell me about your education. How has it prepared you for this opportunity?

Good communication is essential in just about every industry, helping to sell products to the public, maintain strong relationships with investors, clients and customers.

How do you cope with stress and pressure?

Having many different assignments to work on or an upcoming deadline to meet helps me to stay motivated and productive. The solution is not to panic but to remain focused on delivering my very best. This allows me to channel my energy into accomplishing tasks efficiently and without issue.

Describe a difficult experience at work and how you handled it

Having to tell a 1099 contractor that he would not be paid because he missed the deadline. So, he will need to wait until next month instead of filling out a payment request.

I believe my skills and abilities are sufficient to handle the demands and needs of the position. I am highly motivated and have a drive which I believe separates me from other candidates. ,I think you should hire me and give me a chance to part of your organization and family because I am the type of person you're looking for. I consider my greatest weakness is that I am too critical of myself and never really appreciating when I have accomplished something. I look at ways of how I could have done something better, or faster.

Have you had a difficult manager?

I have been very lucky to have had terrific managers during my career so far. I have respected each of them and got along well with all of them.

How do you define success?

I think success has a number of factors. The first criteria is a satisfied customer, whether the customer is my boss or a client. I want to not only have met the specifications of the project, but also to have surpassed expectations by personally finding unique ways to create value. Furthermore, I need to feel that the final project represents my best work and that of my team. For me, success means knowing that the work is done in a very ethical manner, having some fun along the way, and having the freedom to chart my own course.

Describe a conflict you had with your colleague?

I try my best to avoid conflicts in the workplace. However, sometimes it is not possible to avoid them. In my last job, the team wasn't handing reports in on time and they weren't handing in the correct forms.

Tell me about a tough decision you had to make?

I was working on a team project, and my colleagues and I had to make a number of choices about how to use our limited budget. Because these decisions involved group conversations, our team learned how to communicate effectively with one another, and I believe we ultimately made the best decisions for the team.

how do you think you would handle internal problems within the team?

I would call in a meeting to find out exactly what is going wrong. If it is only a small team, I would make it a point to talk to them one by one and get their feedback. There is nothing like talking to someone face to face to see and hear what one has to say.

tell us about computer skills?

I'm proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point. I'm very comfortable using these programs and have a lot of experience doing so.

Share a Strength That Isn't on Your Resume

In my previous position, I discovered that the company was spending thousands of dollars every couple of months for catering where the food wasn't that spectacular. I decided to scope out other venues where there were more options and the cost wasn't so high. My boss was thrilled to see the initiative.

My goal is to stay one step ahead at all times and remain involved in the changing needs of executives and the entire business. I use my own intuition and experience to determine what an executive needs to know, and what is just noise."

The financial services industry is enormous, with a smorgasbord of opportunities, positions and environments open to you. you never stop learning. Constant innovation is commonplace and creates a fast-paced work-day.

How do you work under pressure?

There are deadlines to be met and the workload is constant. But, by creating a detailed schedule, I am able to organise my work into small assignments and complete projects effectively and efficiently.

Why Did You Resign From Your Previous Job?

They provided me with a great learning experience while helping enhance my skill sets. No more learning opportunity in the company to develop your skills.

Do you take work home with you?

When I need to, bringing work home with me is not a problem. I realize the importance of meeting deadlines and getting work done on time, and sometimes that requires extra hours in the office or at home.

What are your strategies for managing your time when dealing with multiple urgent tasks simultaneously?

When I'm being pulled in multiple directions, I focus on staying calm and collected. I write out to-do lists and focus on prioritizing tasks based on importance and deadlines. This clears my head and helps me finish all of my tasks on time.

How do you prioritize your work?

You must determine what needs to be done and how much time you have to do it in. You should start with the most important and time sensitive issues. Cross off things as you finish them and add as needed. Keep this in your computer but also print a copy and keep it some where where you can see it.

an executive assistant makes me feel like I'm part of something bigger. I love making people's' lives run more smoothly and efficiently, and I believe an executive assistant is crucial for making business-critical decisions, averting crisis and acting as the face and voice of top-level executives."
