Scrooge is a highly dynamic character because he went from bad to good in five staves. In the beginning of the book he was a selfish, greedy man who only cared about his money and himself. When two men came walking in they asked for a donation to the poor, he didn't give any money. At the end of the book, Scrooge gave a large a donation to the poor.
