origin - ribs insertion - scapula function - depress scapula (glenoid cavity)
Biceps Brachii
origin - scapula insertion - radius function - flex arm and forearm, supinates hand FLEXOR
Deltoid
origin - scapula, clavicle insertion - humerus function - flex and extends arm (also rotate)
Triceps Brachii
origin - scapula, humerus insertion - ulna function - extend arm and forearm (EXTENSOR)
Brachialis
origin -humerus insertion - ulna function - Flexes forearm
teres major
origin- scapula insertion- humerus action- EXTENSOR = extends and rotates arm
