Why are Objective Summaries important?

Think of it this way: You're in the market for a new cell phone. Your parents have FINALLY agreed to let you get a smart phone. Now you have a decision to make: iPhone or Droid. How will you decide? First, you ask your friend Jeremy about his iPhone, and he says this: "Oh my gosh , I totally love my iPhone. It's the best phone ever! I love using your Snapchat with my friends." Based on your friend's Summary, does the iPhone sound like a good idea?
