Vector Graphics

Resize shape

How to insert a table on a slide without a content placeholder
Click the Insert Tab, and then click Table in the Tables Group. Drag over the grid to highlight the number of rows and columns you want. A live preview of the table displays on the slide.
How to create a table in PowerPoint
Click the Insert Table icon in the content placeholder. In the Insert Table dialog box, enter the number of columns and rows you want in the table, and then click ok. The inserted table will fill the width of the placeholder.

Compress Pictures
Use the compress pictures feature on the Picture Tools Format Tab to reduce the file size of the image, or all images at once, to reduce the file size of the presentation. Enables you to reduce the sizes by permanently deleting any cropped areas of a selected picture and by changing the resolutions of pictures. The JPEG image file is a common lossy format. Lossy compression reduces a file by permanently eliminating certain data, especially redundant data. Alternatively, with lossless compression, data that were originally in the file remain after the file is uncompressed. All compressed data are completely restored. The Graphics Interchange File (GIF) image format provides lossless compression.
Outline View
Use this view when you want to enter text into your presentation using an outline rather than entering the text in the placeholder on the slide. This view can be accessed using the View Tab.
