The Pardot campaign of the first prospect associated with the opportunity sets the opportunity's Pardot campaign. Pardot creates only one opportunity, even if the CRM opportunity is tied to more than one contact. All corresponding prospects are tied to the same opportunity. For opportunities to sync from Salesforce, at least one contact record must be listed under the standard contact roles related list on the opportunity. The contact record must also be syncing with a Pardot prospect. Opportunities are created at the account level. To sync an opportunity that is associated with a person account to Pardot, add the person account as a contact role on the opportunity. Contact support to have opportunity syncing disabled. Disabling opportunity syncing does not allow manual opportunity creation in Pardot. When you set up your Salesforce-Pardot connector, all CRM opportunities that are tied to contacts sync to Pardot.
