online vs. on site registration
For events with online registration, the event link will take you to the event details page and will allow you to register for the event. For events with on-site registration, the event link will take you to the event page showing all event details, but you will not see a registration button.
So how is the candidate profile organized?
In the image below, you can see a split pane view, with the main details on the left and modular sections showing hiring statuses for any jobs they're associated with, their email campaign history, and any subscriptions they've signed up for. On the left side, we have two important elements - the candidate action menu at the top, and the profile page menu found just under the candidate's name.
key differences between content and landing pages
Landing Pages also include search results, and they are not linked anywhere on your career site, but rather are only accessible via a link.
landing pages
Landing pages are standalone web pages distinct from your main career site that include both content and a custom list of jobs. Intended to target specific personas (entry-level, manager, executive, etc.) or job categories, landing pages can be shared via email campaigns or other marketing efforts, allowing you to quickly and easily direct job seekers to the most relevant content and open positions.
From the Job Profile, you can toggle between one of two views:
Leads and Job Description.
What exactly are CRM Hiring Statuses?
Phenom People's CRM Hiring Statuses are status values that appear the moment a candidate is associated with a job, even if they haven't applied. While ATS Hiring Statuses track a candidate post apply, CRM Hiring Statuses track a candidate BEFORE they apply. Why does this matter? CRM Hiring Statuses provide valuable insight into your pipeline leads, helping you identify and better nurture passive leads and drive up your conversion rate.
when to use dynamic list for drip campaign?
Provide pre-event details, and as candidates register for the event they are added to the email list Segment talent communities based on interests and/or experience. A dynamic list will allow new candidates in the pipeline to be added. Engage with the talent community. As individuals join or leave the community, the list changes accordingly.
search results pages
Search Results pages are also standalone web pages distinct from your main career site that pre-filter job search results, but they do not include any additional content. These pages are best used in conjunction with recruiting campaigns, allowing you to direct job seekers to a more refined list of opportunities.
The Candidate Info Menu includes
Summary: Provides a summary of previous work experience and education. You can also see skills and recommendations, as well as view and add tags. Documents: Access resumes and other documents attached to the profile. Notes: Add and view notes from phone calls, interviews and other interactions. You can tag a team member in a note by using the @ symbol, and the tagged user will receive an email notification to view the note. Activity: All candidate activity, including job views and applies on the career site, emails sent from the CRM, changes made to their profile, and more. Category: If you use Phenom People's Talent Community and the candidate has joined, this is where you would see their areas of interest. Additional Fields: This section will vary depending on how your organization uses additional fields (custom fields). If additional fields are created, you will be able to view and update the data within the fields, as defined in your additional field configuration settings.
Job Description view:
The Job Description view will allow you to review the job description as it exists on your site.
Leads view
The Leads view shows a list of all candidates associated with the job and allows you to manage and nurture them.
What happens when you put an event on hold?
The event is moved to a draft state and no longer displayed on the Events page of your career site. If someone saved or has access to the direct event link, they will see a "Page not Found" message. However, anyone who has already registered for the event will not be notified that it was put on hold. Once you are ready to publish it again, you can simply edit the draft event and click Save and Publish!
Job Visits
The number of visits to a job description page on the career site. This number may be more than your total visits because one job seeker might make one visit to the career site but during that visit might view three different job description pages.
Visits
The total number of times the career site has been visited by job seekers, including both new and returning visits.
card container
This is similar to how the Widget's Card Containers define the smaller sections within the Widget in which content can be placed.
Returning Visits
This is the number of career site visits made by job seekers whose first visit was made before the selected time frame, but whose subsequent visits were made during the selected time frame.
Returning Job Seekers
This is the number of job seekers (unique individuals) who made a subsequent visit to the career site (not their first visit) within the selected time frame.
New Job Seekers
This is the number of job seekers (unique individuals) who visited the career site for the first time during the selected time frame. Even if the job seeker makes another visit to the career site during the selected time frame, if they had their first visit during the same time period, they are considered a new job seeker.
you can save your filters for future reference as what?
either spotlights or lists
To assign jobs, you must first:
Use the Search or Filter feature to refine your list of jobs to locate the position you wish to assign. Once you have located the job, click the checkbox next to the job and then choose the "Assign To" icon that appears above the job listing. In the pop-up window, enter the name of the user or users to which the job belongs, or optionally choose to assign the job to yourself using the "Assign to me" link. Once finished, click "Assign" in the bottom right corner.
publisher
Users with a publisher role can make changes to site pages and publish those changes to your live career site.
editor
Users with an editor role can make changes to site pages using the CMS, but they cannot publish those changes to your live career site.
What happens when you cancel an event?
When you cancel an event, it is moved to Past Events in your Events tool. You will only be able to duplicate this event and will not be able to reopen it, so if you aren't sure that you want to cancel it entirely, we recommend you temporarily unpublish it by placing it on hold. If you do cancel the event, all registrants will be notified via an automated email.
If your event is set up for on-site registration, you will also see what?
a lead generation link in the link sharing pop-up window. This link is primarily intended for use on the day of the event to collect profile details from attendees. Event staff can open this link on a tablet or other device, have candidates complete the form, and their information will be captured and funneled into the CRM. Each time the form is submitted, it will refresh so that it can be completed by the next person.
