1. Athletic financial assistance- total amount of athletic financial aid must be substantially proportionate to the ratio of male/female athletes (30% female athletes means that 30% financial aid is given to female athletes) 2. Accommodation of athletic interests and abilities a. participation opportunities are provided in the numbers substantially proportionate to their respective enrollment b. Where 1 sex is underrepresented, continuing practice of program expansion c. Where 1 sex is underrepresented, and NO continuing practice of program expansion, demonstrate interests/abilities of that sex are accommodated 3. Other program areas - benefits, opportunities, and treatments are equal, but not identical (e.g. equipment and supplies; scheduling of games and practice time; travel and per diem allowances; opportunities to receive tutoring; locker rooms; medical and training facilities)
