attitude

a predisposition or a tendency to respond positively or negatively towards a certain idea, object, person or situation attitude influences an individuals choice of action, and responses to challenges, incentives and rewards( together called stimuli) four major components of attitude are; affective-emotions or feelings, cognitive- belief or opinion held consciously, conative- inclination for action, evaluative- positive or negative response to stimuli.

work ethic

a work ethic is a set of moral principals an employee uses in his/her job. their are 5 factors that demonstrate strong work ethic, integrity, sense of responsibility, emphasis on quality, discipline, and a sense of teamwork.

compliance to policies

acting to according to certain accepted standards. following the rules and regulations that the company has set forth to insure the company continues to run smoothly.

Quality of work

all work has standards for how well it must be done and how fast it must be done. In some cases perfection is required at all cost and in others speed is most important. to ensure you doing quality work; follow instructions by listening, watching, questioning and practicing. check results as you go and ask for feedback. focus on the work- concentrate. don't look for shortcuts until you are sure of what you are doing. If you make a mistake, learn how to correct it. when finished check your results.

attendance

is the act of attending ( being present at) work. an attendance policy provides the guidelines and expectations for employee attendance at work as defined, written, disseminated, and implemented by a organization.

representing your employer

means that at all times that you are on company time or in company apparel, you are to maintain a certain degree of professionalism and continue to follow company polices and procedures as if you are in the office.

enthusiasm

strong excitement about something, a strong feeling of active interest in something that you like or enjoy.

reliability

the ability to consistently perform intended or required duties on demand and without degradation or failure.

accountability

the obligation of an individual to account for activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the result in a transparent manner. it also includes the responsibility for money or other entrusted property.
