repeating decimals

irrational numbers

Any real number which cant be expressed as a fraction of two integers ( pi, -10, 12, 3, -5, 8.97543468.......)

What times itself or the negative version times itself ( /1=1, /4=2, /9=3, /16=4, /25=5, /36=6, /49=7, /64=8, /81=9, /100=10 )

How do i change from fraction to decimals?

You can do long division or use your 10s fact ( 1/5= 0.2 - one divide by 5 equals zero point two, 1/5=2/10 - multiply the numerator and denominator by 2 then you change 2/10 to a decimal, so two divide by ten )

terminating decimals

a decimal that ends ( 3.6, 0.4, 10.40, 0.75 )

real numbers

the set of numbers that includes rational and irrational numbers. ( all the numbers: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,.................)
