Right of Way and Speed Signs
Minimum sign
you have to drive at least the speed limit
First car to the intersection should be given the right of way
If a car arrives at an intersection and then a few seconds later another car arrives, the first car there get to go first
Car on smaller street yields to car on larger street
If a car on a small street reaches an intersection with a larger street, the car on the smaller street slows down so the cars on the larger street can pass
If two cars get to the intersection at the same time, the car on the left should yield to the car on the right
When two cars arrive at an intersection at the same time, the car coming in from the left slows down so the car on the right can go
If two cars get to the intersection at the same time, the car making a turn should yield to the car going straight
When two cars arrive at an intersection at the same time, the car that is making a turn slows down so the car going straight can pass
Show your intentions by waving the other driver on, making eye contact, or moving forward slowly
When you reach an intersection and there is another car, in order for you to get them to pass you have to wave them off in someway

one cannot drive faster than it is safe for existing conditions

slow or stop and give the right of way to traffic. Your response depends on traffic and ability to see in both directions

used for specific conditions such as curves, times of day, and school zones
