The effects of smoking can vary depending on how much tobacco you are inhaling, some short term impacts are blood pressure increase, bad breath and reduced sense of taste and smell whereas some long impacts/effects are lung cancer, brain damage and cardiovascular disease. The effects of vaping are mostly long term. Some long term effects of vaping are nicotine addiction, mood disorders and even lung disease.

Why is it hard to quick smoking/vaping?

The reason why it's so hard to just quick vaping/ smoking is addiction. Over time if you keep vaping and/or smoking your bran starts to be dependant on vaping and smoking, making it hard to quit as your brain is telling you that you need to do this for example to feel some sort of relief, Alos example in cigarettes the nicotine overtime makes you addicted towards it.
