Coronal

At the anterior of the brain. Crosses the Sagittal suture. Separates the anterior frontal bone from the posterior parietal bones.

Lambdoid

At the posterior of the brain. Separates the occipital from parietal bones.

Sagittal

At the superior midline of the head. Separates left and right parietal bone on each side of the head. Ends when it intersects the Coronal suture.

Squamous

Boundary between temporal and parietal bones. Intersects the Lambdoid suture.

Frontonasal

Boundary between the superior aspects of the two nasal bones and the frontal bone.

Calvaria

Formed by the frontal, occipital, and parietal bones.
