Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? "People should be fined when they do not wear masks during a pandemic." Be sure to use details during your response
Uhh Well, I think people shouldn't be fined for not wearing a mask during a pandemic this is because first of all it's not a proven pandemic. Now, the CDC is thinking it's not a pandemic outbreak. Now, Currently, we live in America where there's freedom of speech..People are free to choose whatever they want to do or not to do. Do what people do. But if they are forced to do something they're uncomfortable doing like wear a mask, then they will react negatively. For example, now now in our new town New Braunfels, people were wearing masks when the pandemic started, but now people are not wearing masks anymore. Sometimes people weren't following the rules even back then. This is why it's not a smart idea to fine them since it will only make them even more angry, and they will lose trust in their own government.
Some people prefer to watch movies or films at a cinema or movie theatre. Others prefer to watch them at home. Which do you prefer and why?
100 % Method https://eslbootcampglobal.com/100-9010-5050-three-ways-to-give-your-opinion/ . Well, I think I'd rather watch movies at home because I'm a parent of small children and we don't have a lot of extra money for a babysitter. So a couple of nights a week, my husband and I will make sure that the kids get to bed on time and then we'll curl up on the couch and watch a movie on Netflix. We can pop some popcorn and relax and if one of the kids wakes up we can pause the movie and take care of the situation and then go back to the movie. And if we get really tired, we can stop the movie and just finish it the next evening.
Some people prefer to watch movies or films at a cinema or movie theatre. Others prefer to watch them at home. Which do you prefer and why?
A 90/10 Method. You know, on special occasions when I'm going out with my whole family, it's fun to watch a movie in the movie theatre. But most of the time, I watch movies at home. It's just easier and more relaxing. I don't have to pay a lot of money on tickets and parking, and I don't have to spend time travelling to the movie theatre ... because where I live, the nearest movie theatre is 10 miles away. And I have more choices, because at our movie theatre, they only play one movie each week, and maybe it's not a movie I'm interested in. If I stream a movie on my computer, I can watch pretty much anything I want.
"Students should have tuition increases in order to maintain the library research facilities." Do you agree or disagree with the statement? Make sure that you give specific reasons + supporting details in your argument.
D -already high → more loans 2 pay! -ex → teacher → x need lib rsrch facilities → waste $$$ Well, I definitely disagree that schools should have tuition increases in order to maintain the library research facilities because the tuition is already high and students will have more loans to pay back. For example, I'm currently studying to become a teacher in my local university. My major doesn't require much research assignments at all. It would be a waste of my time and money if I have to pay more student loans for something that doesn't benefit me at all. It doesn't make any sense. So I'll experience more stress and pressure than before. That's my view.
Do you agree or disagree with the statement: Employers should not supervise their employees during work time.
I agree because I think supervising your employees during office hours is a stupid thing to do. Your employees would feel that you don't trust them, and that really hurts their morale. They will not be motivated to work hard, and it is a loss for the company. Plus, as a boss, you really shouldn't spend your time checking up on your employees, you gotta have bigger responsibilities, like how to have more clients, how to sell more products, and maybe how to provide better work environment for your employees, not like, spying on your employees.
Do you agree or disagree the following statement? Because of increasing entertainment technologies, fewer people read books.
I agree. I think entertainment technologies like cellphones and social media are a big distraction when people try to read. Take myself for an example, every time I open a book and try to read, after probably 5 minutes, I'd pick up my phone to check text messages. I just can't help it. Even if I put my phone away, I just keep getting notifications from various phone apps. I don't think I'm alone, this also happens a lot of other people, so the thing is, with cellphones, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok, people just don't have much time left for books and it's getting a lot harder to finish reading a book.
Female and male university students should have separate residence halls. Do you agree or disagree?
I agree. There can be a lot of problems when you have male and female students live in the same dormitory building. First of all, guys and girls have different habits, for example, girls like to clean and organize, and guys throw things around, mess up the rooms all the time, they will have arguments over cleaning. Second, boys like to play videos games usually very late at night, when they get excited, they scream, they just make a lot of noise in the building, and it is going to disturb girls a lot.
Studying in the morning and studying in the evening, which one do you prefer?
I am not a morning person so I don't think it's possible for me to get a lot studying done in the morning, I mean, even if I drag myself out of bed, force myself to study, I'd feel drowsy and I just can't seem to concentrate and there won't be any efficiency. And it seems I just feel a lot more energetic in the evening, and it's a lot easier for me to be productive then. So I always study in the evening and sometimes I stay up really late and even pull some all-nighters right before big exams. It's not exactly healthy but that's just what works for me.
Only digital textbooks should be available for university students." Do you agree or disagree with the statement? Make sure that you give specific reasons + supporting details in your argument.
I don't agree that only digital textbooks should be available for university students because some students are not familiar with the digital textbooks and they they're used to physical text books. For example, when I was working at the science lab at the highschool I work in, I had some international student who didn't know how to operate a computer and it was difficult for them to start it or get ready for their lesson or assignments so they wasted a lot of time to navigate the computer . That's why I think digital textbooks are not always handy/not easy to use.
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: school cafeteria should charge high prices on fast food so students will eat less unhealthy food
I don't think it's going to work, the thing about fast food is that people love it and we know it's bad for us, but we just have this craving for fried chicken, and chips and burgers and pizzas and cola. So as long as fast food is available, we are willing to pay a little bit more for it. We are not as self-controlled as we think we are. The right thing to do is for school to stop selling these food items but add more healthy choices, fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. I think that's a more practical way to help students have healthy diets and fight obesity.
Some people believe old people should not take risk and participate adventurous events as young people. Do you agree? Why?
I don't think old people should take such risks because they are usually in poor health, have some medical conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes. It is dangerous for them to go on adventures, like, if they go skydiving, they may get too nervous or too excited, which could trigger a heart attack. And an old person could even die in such activities. It sounds like a cool idea for old people to be adventurous but you just have to be realistic that they not as strong as they used to be, the risks are just too high.
Finals are coming up, but your friend often oversleeps and misses the classes. Will you help your friend study while you also have to prepare for the exams
I may give him a heads-up that finals are coming up and he really needs to get serious about it. But that's pretty much all I can do. I mean, as college students, you gotta learn to be responsible for yourself, if you can't do that, well, it's no one else's problem. So I don't think I'll have the time to help him study while I myself have to get prepared for the exams. And I certainly won't feel bad about it or like I'm not a good friend because this is a matter of self-discipline, it's not like I have to help.
Some students prefer to be graded by their performance in class discussions, while other students prefer to be graded only by their written work like papers. Which one would you prefer, and why?
I prefer to be graded by my performance in class discussions, because in class discussions, students can improve their speech skills, they need to speak in front of other students, it takes guts. And, they need to speak clearly, in an organized way. That's some really good practice. And speech skills are so important for students' future careers especially when they want to be lawyers or teachers. And, frankly, if discussions do not count toward the final score, I'm afraid some students won't get involved in the discussions, won't take them seriously, probably won't even show up for class discussions. Then teachers are going to be really frustrated.
Do you like to use pencil and paper or laptop to take notes?
I prefer to take notes with pencil and paper because I'm so familiar with them I have used them for note-taking since I was three years old you can use them anywhere you can even use them in space and zero gravity no training no learning curve laptops however could be complicated have to learn how to use them you have to charge them they're fragile and you have to know how to restore and backup the files that is not the case for pencil and paper they are truly the universal note-taking tool that's my opinion
Some people like reading electronic books on computers or on other devices, while some people like reading paper books. Which do you prefer?
I think I'm gonna stick with printed books, I just don't like to look at the screen of an electronic device, my eyes get sore after probably 20 or 30 minutes, and whenever I wanna use a pencil to highlight some sentences or paragraphs and take some notes about them, I realize it's too complicated to do that on a screen, I mean, that's part of the fun reading a printed book. I just don't get that with an e-book. Plus, whenever you use an electronic device to read, you are always distracted, you just can't help talking to friends on social media, or playing video games, it's just hard to stay focused on reading.
When giving feedbacks to students, some teachers would like to talk to their students in person, while some teachers would give written comments to students. Which do you prefer and why?(
I think it really depends on how many students the teacher has. I mean, if a teacher only has to give feedback to a few students, then face-to-face communication is a better way because this gives each student individual attention and support, students can raise questions and get answers immediately. However, when a teacher has a large number of students, talking to them one by one would make the job impossible, I think it's understandable to send feedback emails to students, they also help students know how they can improve.
Do you agree or disagree with this statement that we should help our friends only when they ask for help
I think it really depends on what problems my friends have. If it's a study problem, like my friends are having difficulties in learning math, and I'm actually good at this subject, I would offer to tutor them because I love helping friends out, and it also brings us closer. But if it's a personal problem, like, it's a relationship problem, I would stay out of it because it's all drama. It's impossible to know what's really going on, and you should never get nosy, if they don't ask you, it's better to pretend that you don't know anything about it.
Do you think it is reasonable to give a lower grade to the assignment that hand in after deadline?
I think it's very reasonable that the teacher takes a few points off your score when you hand in your assignment late. First of all, every student is given the same amount of time to finish an assignment, when you are not able to meet the deadline, then you are breaking the rule, and you should be punished. And when all the other students hand in their assignments on time and you are given some extra time to finish it, if you don't get a lower score, it's not fair to other students. I don't think the teacher should make an exception for you.
Children born with talent should be treated differently or they should be treated in the same way as average children
I think talented children should be treated differently. For example, if a child is talented in math, maybe teachers should teach them in a different way, like give them more challenging math questions to work on, so their talent can be further developed. And maybe teachers should encourage these kids to focus more on math than other subjects, too. If you have these kid learn the same stuff with average children, well, it would be too easy for them, they will not really learn anything, it's going to be a waste of time for them.
Do you think it's necessary for children's growth for them to live far away from home and stay with relatives or friends for short periods of time?
I think this is a good idea, because a lot of parents are overprotective of their children, always have children live in a comfort zone, and without parents' help, these children can't do anything on their own. When children go live with other people, they'll learn to do a lot of things by themselves, making beds, cleaning rooms, doing laundry, they just learn a lot of practical living skills. I think this can help children to be independent in the future and also, when they live with others, they will try to learn how to get along with them, how to build connections with them, I think this is good their social skills, too.
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: the internet of school library should only be used for doing researches, and the library should prohibit students from using the library internet to send emails or to do entertaining activities.
I think this is a reasonable requirement because the problem that most students have when using the internet to study is that they can't help checking their social media accounts or playing computer games, I mean, the internet is just a big distraction. When they are cut off from such activities on computers in the library, students are able to concentrate better on their study and improve their study efficiency. Because when you are using a library computer, the only thing you should be doing is looking up information for your school projects, definitely not sending emails or having fun.
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Good teachers admit it when they make mistakes or don't know something.
I totally agree. Good teachers are teachers who encourage and motivate students. They certainly are not expected to know everything or to be flawless. No one can possibly know everything or never make mistakes. What's important is that you can be honest about what you don't know and admit your shortcomings. When a teacher can be honest what he/she doesn't know, I think he/she is teaching a very important lesson to the students, that is honesty. Because being a teacher is not just about teaching academic subjects, it's also about helping your students to be upright and honorable.
Which one would you prefer? Go to a university in your hometown or go to a university in a new town
I'd like to go to a university in a new town because if I choose a university in my hometown, you know, my parents can be a little overprotective of me, they'd probably want me to still live with them instead of on campus or in my own apartment. I'd really like to step out of the comfort zone they provide. And going to a school far away from home gives me the chance to be more independent, to be my own person. I get to meet the challenges adapting to a new environment and have some new experiences.
Some students enjoy decorating their surroundings; others choose to keep their surroundings simple and free of any decorations. Which do you prefer and why?
I'd like to keep it simple, I don't like it when there too are many decorations around the place where I live and study, for example, if I have like a lot of action figures on my desk, every time I try to study, I wouldn't be able to focus because I can't help playing with those action figures and I'll waste a lot time. Another problem is, all those decorations, you have to clean them every now and then, otherwise, and I hate cleaning, it's a big hassle. If my room has only a few pieces of furniture and not many decorations, it is easier to keep everything organized.
Some people like to use smartphones or other navigational devices to guide themselves while traveling, other people prefer to ask around, which do you prefer?(
I'd prefer to figure it out using Google Maps on my smartphone. You have a lot of amazing navigational apps these days. They are made very handy and so accurate that it's impossible to get lost in a city. And in a big city like Beijing, when you go ask someone on the street for directions, 9 out of 10 times, you'll have a person who's also a stranger in the city, as much as he would like to help you, he can't. Asking around and not getting accurate information is just a waste of time. I've learned to trust my phone maps and I have always been successful with them.
Some countries make laws to forbid people to use cellphones while crossing the streets, what do you think about it?
I'm all for it. These days, people look at their cellphones all the time. And this happens when they cross the streets, too. they just don't seem to care about safety, I have a friend who's just like this, always busy swiping up and down on his phone, never bothers to look at the traffic lights, I had to pull him back serval times from the red light, and there were a couple of times he was almost hit by a car, it was really dangerous. If someone gets in a car accident and dies, what a tragedy would it be! So, I'm definitely a supporter for forbidding people to use cellphones when crossing the streets.
You live in a crowded city with only one green space-the city park. The government recently has proposed to build a housing complex on this only green space. Do think this is a good idea.
It's a terrible idea. There's so much pollution in the city, especially the air quality can be very bad, with all the car emissions and factory chimneys, the green space can clean the air and produce oxygen. We need the green space to play its positive role for the environment. Plus, there are so many leisure activities people can do in the park to relax, doing sports, having picnics, walking their dogs. If you take the park away, people won't have the opportunities to do those outdoor activities, it'd be such a shame.
Some students prepare for their tests more effectively in their dorms or off-campus apartments, whereas others like to go to libraries. Which do you prefer? Include some examples and details to support your answer.
Libs -quiet -ex uni → prepare 4 tests lib → x noise concentrate → As -but dorm ppl Well, I definitely prefer going to the library to prepare for tests because it's really quiet. For example, when I was a university student and had to prepare for exams, I would always head to the library. Even though it was a far walk, it was perfect for studying since there wasn't a lot of noise there. I could easily concentrate on all my studies, and I got As on almost all of my exams. However, if I had studied at my dormitory, I would have gotten average grades on most of my exams since my roommates would be too busy talking, sharing jokes and stories and basically distracting me. That's my view.
Q 2
So apparently, a student has written a letter suggesting that the university extend the study period to three days. However, the woman is skeptical of this idea. First, she says that students should actually be studying throughout the semester and not just a few days before the exams. Otherwise, they're just going to develop poor study habits and having a few days before exams is useless. Also, it's not the best time to be asking the professors any questions about the courses because they're really busy during that time with grading the homework assignments and preparing for exams. So they might not be able to answer all the students' questions. As you can tell, she's against the idea.
Q 2 R Who? Stu. What? uni shd make improvements 2 dorm kitchens so used widely L M W like idea 1) one night caught rainstorm, warm up cup of tea kitchen - battered old tea pot n no cups so inconvenient x used kitchen 2) Stus w/o basic skills, but there r stus know cook Teach rest of studs New recipes
So apparently, the student in the letter is suggesting that the university improves their their dormitory kitchens so students can use them more often. The man is excited to hear about the idea. First, after a rainstorm he wanted to warm himself up with a cup of tea. However, when he went into the kitchen, there was just a battered old tea pot and no cups available. So the kitchen was useless, so he never went back there again. Also, cooking classes is a great way to attract students to the kitchens because many of them don't have basic cooking skills. Those who do, can teach the rest what they know and this will encourage other students to learn how to cook new recipes in the kitchens. Clearly, the man is all for the plan.
question 2
So apparently, the university has announced that they are going to create a lounge for commuter students to give the same advantages the students who have on campus have. also, they are going to expand the parking lot to accommodate this. the woman has mixed feelings about this. First of all, she points out that the students who live on campus have lounges where they can meet people, they can get to know people, they can take study breaks and watch TV also they can get help with their schoolwork from each other so she added that this lounge is a central to students' life so she thinks that with this new lounge commute students will have the same opportunities. however, she doesn't like the idea of the parking lots because she thinks that only way to do that is by reducing nearby park that people love to go to so overall you can easily tell that she has mixed feelings about this proposal
Q 3 eastern gray squirrel, gathr nuts 4 winter n dig holes ground, bury acorns but sqs x put nuts all holes, if anm nearby - blue jay, sqrl dig bunch holes, drop stone most holes n nuts fews even tho X nuts some holes, sq cover holes w/ dirt as tho nuts in them so blue jay find holes n start digging, but since most holes hv stones, bird x find - nuts n aftr awhile - stop lookin
So basically, deceptive caching is a method animals use to fool other animals and make them think the food is in one spot, but it's actually hidden somewhere else. The professor provides the example of the eastern gray squirrel to illustrate the point. So these squirrels usually gather nuts for the winter. And they dig holes in the ground to bury acorns. However, they don't put all the nuts in all of the holes they dig. Now, if there's another animal nearby that may eat the nuts like a blue jay, the squirrel will drop a stone in most of the holes, and nuts only in a few of them. Although there aren't any nuts in some of these holes, the squirrel will use a lot of effort to cover the holes up with dirt. So when the blue jay finds these holes, they won't find too many nuts and after awhile they'll stop looking. So that's deceptive caching.
Q 3
So basically, root communication is when the roots of one plant communicate with the roots of another in order to control the amount of space between them. The professor provides/shares/uses an example of the creosote plant to explain the point. There is a plant in the desert called the creosote plant, which is spaced far away from other plants, and its plant's root system underneath the ground provides the plant with access to water in order to survive. Now, whenever the roots of other plants start growing too close, the roots of this plant will release a chemical and so the other plants will start growing away from the creosote's roots. So the creosote roots with this chemical is telling the roots of the other plants that this is its space and water and the other plants should stay away. So the creosote roots always have plenty of space around them and in the dry desert climate this is a big advantage. 1) plant desert - creosote plants
Q 4 notes: ex: store sells computers use this strategy offerin deal if buy latest model computer, get free vg customer who x sure will b more likely buy it bec free video game #2 also b used 2 incrs sales helping business - customers, keep ex: comp. store offer free computer lessons 2 customers maybe once month customers come 2 store 4 lesson so store maintains contact w/ customers as a result - whenever need smthg ex printer more likely buy fr store
The lecture is about two advantages of second interest. One advantage of second interest is that it helps immediate sales by offering a free bonus to convince people who are undecided about purchasing an item. To illustrate, a store that sells computers can tell customers that if they buy the latest model of a computer, they can get a free video game to play on that computer. So if there's a customer who is not sure about buying a computer, they'll buy it because they can play the free video game. Another benefit of second interest is that it helps increase sales by retaining the same customers so they'll buy more items in the future. For instance, the computer store is offering free computer lessons to its customers on a regular basis. So this incentive will ensure that customers keep coming back, so the store maintains its buyers and whenever they need something related like a printer, they'll just buy it from that store.
Q 4 Stores diff strats customs buy more prods Product bundling* Involves combining sev prods Sold together N offerin entire set @ price less than customer's pay 2 buy all separately #1 encrg customers buy more products than intended When bundled, customs feel more 4 money So more likely buy bundle even if plan buy 1 prod. ex: let's say comp store bundles comps w/ printer n charges lower price than ppl buy comp n printer separately if customs lookin 4 comp, might choose bundle bec think good deal n get printer 2 #2 sell more old prods X sellin well n make room 4 new ones If prod sitting around long time, bundle with w/ prod sell When ppl buy bundle, store old prod off shelves ex comp store sell games ppl X buyin so bundle games w/ computers this help clear old games n mk rm 4 new ones
The lecture is about two ways stores use product bundling to sell more products. To start with, stores use bundling to get customers to buy more products than they had originally intended. To illustrate, a computer store that sells a bundle that includes a computer and a printer will charge the bundle for a lower price than if these two items were sold separately. So even if customers originally wanted to buy a computer, they'll end up buying the bundle because they consider it a great deal. Another benefit of bundling is that stores can sell old products that aren't selling well and make room for new ones. Back to the computer store example again. If a store has older computer games that nobody is buying anymore, they can try bundling the games with computers. So the people who are looking for computers will buy the bundle and help clear away old games for new ones on the shelves. Those are two ways stores use product bundling to sell more stuff/things.
A university wants to require all students to have their own laptop computers. Do you agree or disagree with this policy? Give specific reasons to support your opinion.
To me, I definitely agree that all students should have personal laptops because not all universities have enough computers. When I was a college student, the computer labs were always busy or full. Most of the time, I couldn't find an available computer in the library either. So if I brought a laptop to school, I wouldn't have that problem. Besides, it can save the university a lot of money. Like, purchasing computers costs hundreds and thousands of dollars, and the university has to spend money to fix them. That's my view.
Explain whether you agree or disagree with the following statement: "Robots will replace a majority of the jobs in the next decade." Then give specific details in your argument....
Well, I definitely agree that robots will replace a majority of the jobs in the next decade because they'll help companies save a lot of money and time. For example, the tech giant Amazon has already replaced half their workers with robotic assistants in their warehouses. They argue it will help them speed up delivery and save more money in the process since robots never get tired! However, some jobs will still be safe in the future like teaching. Most students enjoy the face to face reaction and emotions of real people. This is something robots lack. That's my view.
Explain whether you agree or disagree with the following statement: "Every country should be required to reduce its carbon emissions by at least 25%." Then give specific details in your argument....
Well, I definitely disagree that every country should be required to reduce its carbon emissions by at least 25% because not every country is able to do. Take Ethiopia as an example. In that country, the government lacks the technology and money to reduce its carbon emissions. Therefore, forcing them to try to reduce it won't make any sense. Besides, most citizens in that country are struggling to find water, food and shelter. Most countries are dealing with more urgent issues and they need to think about those kind of problems instead. Carbon emissions is less of a concern for them. That's my view.
D -digital txtbks x ez! -int. stud hd problms using one → disaster!
Well, I definitely disagree that only digital textbooks should be available for university students because not all students are comfortable using them. For example, I work as a substitute teacher in a local highschool in Texas and we had a problem involving digital textbooks. I had an international student from China who had problems starting it up. He couldn't figure out how to turn the pages or adjust the screens. It was really awful! However, if we were using regular physical textbooks, then this wouldn't have been an issue. The class would have gone smoothly. That's my view.
choose to live on campus in dorms.
Well, I definitely prefer to live on campus because it is convenient . I mean living in a dorm will save me money on housing and food. two reasons to support my point of view. For instance, dorms cost $800-1000, and I do not have to worry about cooking my own meals. I will be able to save more money by not living off-campus because I will not have to worry about all the costs associated with having a car. Besides, If I live in dorms, I will be close to campus buildings such as the library and the rec center. As a result, I will more likely use those facilities since I am so close to them. Maybe I will be able to improve my grades, and my physical fitness level if I live in the dorms . That's why I think that living in dorms is the best choice.
Do you prefer to work from home using a computer or to go to your job location? Provide specific details to support your explanation.
Well, I definitely prefer working from home using a computer because it's really convenient. For example, currently I've been working as an online English teacher thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. Actually, I love working at home since I can teach in comfortable clothes, sometimes my pajamas. Also, I can choose which hours I want to work. And whenever I want to take a break, I can watch some Netflix on my computer between classes. Besides, I don't have to dress up and drive to school anymore as everything is online. This will save me a lot of gas money as well as energy. That's my view.
Do you prefer to study at home or in a library? Provide specific details to support your explanation.
Well, I prefer to study at the library because at home I'm always distracted by phone calls, emails by my dogs wanting water and so on . I think in the library you are surrounded by quiet students who are working on assignments or projects And the librarian is always making sure everyone is quiet and it's always a nice atmosphere. And it's usually nice and quiet there and it make makes you focus on your studies as much as possible. However, if I were to study at home, I would just be too distracted and never finish my work on time. That's what I think so.
Some people like outdoor jobs such as park rangers, construction workers, or sports coaches. However, others prefer to work indoors like accountants, lawyers, and doctors. Which type of job do you like? Give some specific details to support your response.
Well, I'd definitely prefer to work outdoor jobs because I love nature. For example, one time I volunteered as a park ranger and the environment was amazing. There were lots of beautiful animals and plants everywhere. I saw some deer and some flowers. There wasn't much noise at all, so I felt extremely relaxed and happy. However, if I had to work indoors, I'd experience too much stress dealing with picky clients, angry bosses and stupid coworkers. It would drive me crazy. That's my view.
According to many health experts, people should be rigorously exercising 45 minutes a day 4-6 days a week. In your opinion, is this a good idea? Why or why not? Provide supporting details in your response.
Wonderful idea strong healthier bodies ex college → local gym → felt amazing, study well, less depressed Well, it's a wonderful idea for people to exercise 45 minutes a day and four to six times a week because they'll have stronger healthier bodies. For example, when I was in college, I went to the local gym. There, I exercised for about 4 days a week and 1 hour each exercise session. So my body felt really healthy and I was able to study well for all my exams and get mostly As and Bs. Besides, I experienced less depression too. However, if people don't exercise several times a week, they'll become overweight and get back problems. That's my view.
