Human beings are exceeding the land and resource use that the earth's biosphere can sustain.

If a resource is held in common for use by all then ultimately that resource will be destroyed.

What is an example of a resource that doesn't satisfy the description? And why?

Iron in the earths core. It is not accessible to all people and will not be destroyed.

It is finite. Limited renewable fuels, minerals, and energy from the sun.

Does the tragedy always always follow people who are greedy? Why or why not and an example?

No. Because we also breath air because we want to live--- finite

The equilibrium of the ecosystem. If it isn't practiced by a small population, continuous growth will eventually exceed the capacity of the ecosystem to sustain that organism.

What happens when a greater number of people use the resource?

The faster it will get destroyed.

The growth of the population.

What does "held in common" mean?

The resource is owned by more than one person.

What must the resources be in order to qualify for this description?

The resource must be available for all use.
