Local resistance Ana Nzinga resistance (As ruler of Ndongo and Matamba)

African people were saved from the Portugese, who attempted to enslave African people, leading to peace treaties. However, this directly led to revolts with the Dutch.

Cossacks challenged royalty, which led to oppression amongst peasants, as an example on internal resistance unto Catherine the great.

The American indigenous people fight back against Kin Philip's army, however lose and population decreases and land is lost because of it

The indigenous people had resisted to convert religions from Spanish colonies, and led to feuds amongst the people

Maroon societies in Caribbean and Brazil as a form of slave resistance

The slaves that inhabited the Caribbean had waged rebellions in order to become free during Maroon wars. Because of this, the Caribbean people become free of Spanish colonies/influence
