What is a library?

A library is an organized collection of sources of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. It provides physical or digital access to material, and may be a physical building or room, or a virtual space, or both.

method of workshop

The aim of the workshop session is for the students to learn for themselves rather than for library staff to carry out the searching on database on their behalf. This method is used specifically in the teaching of how to handle searches on electronic medium. in other foe the students to find materials in subject areas, list if topics are already agreed with BTW the subject team and the academic tutor. students can consult them when needed.

The simple definition of user education is the instruction given to readers to assist them makes the best use of a library. The main purpose of the instruction is to stimulate use of the library and its information resource.
