Carbohydrase - sucrase

Made and acts in the small intestine. Breaks down sucrose into glucose and fructose.

Protease - pepsin

Made and acts in the stomach. Breaks down protein into peptides.

Carbohydrase - salivary amylase

Made in salivary glands. Acts in the mouth. Breaks down starch into maltose sugar.

Carbohydrase - pancreatic amylase

Made in the pancreas and acts in the small intestine. Breaks down starch into maltose sugar.

Protease - trypsin

Made in the pancreas and acts in the small intestine. Breaks peptides into amino acids.

Lipase - lipase

Made in the pancreas and small intestine. Break down lipids into fatty acids and glycerol.
