An individual person can achieve a meaningful and happy life through this and by also knowing the value of himself.
Body
As long as soul is tied to this the quest for wisdom is inhibited by imperfection of the physical realm where it wanders and is confused
Immortal soul
Every human possesses this that survives the physical body`
Reason
It is the soul's tool to achieve the exalted state (wisdom and perfection)
Self
Must begin with this which is the source of knowledge and significance
Unexamined life
Not worth living
Socrates
Philosopher of an unexamined life is not worth living who's first to focus on the full power of reason on the human self
Examined Life
Socrates suggested to have this together with a life of PURPOSE and VALUE
Physical Realm, Ideal Realm
Two dichotomous Realms that can be found in Reality
Physical Realms
are changeable, transient, and imperfect (ex. Physical world and body)
Ideal Realms
are unchanging, eternal, and immortal (ex. Intellectual, essence of the Universe, Concepts (truth), goodness, beauty, and SOUL)
Self
is synonymous with the soul
Soul
it is the essence of the self which has an immortal entity that strives for wisdom and perfection
