it was a collaborative effort of parliament. written in 1689. it's a constitutional document. a set of rules to protect the rights of everyone because they were unhappy with how King James II was ruling, so they decided to limit his power. After King James II was abdicated, they made William and Mary the new king and queen, and these rules helped make sure they couldn't do whatever they wanted.
