Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)

is a form of psychotherapy that strives to improve skills used to manage stress, anxiety, or feelings of inadequacy.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

is a psychological treatment approach that addresses unhealthy behavior by challenging current beliefs and replacing them with more realistic thoughts.

Bulimia nervosa (BN)

is a severe psychological condition characterized by repeated episodes of binge eating followed by unhealthy behaviors to prevent weight gain.

Diabulimia

is a term used to describe people with type I diabetes who manipulate their body weight by skipping insulin injections or using less insulin than prescribed.

Binge-eating disorder (BED)

is an eating disorder featuring recurrent episodes of binge eating that are not followed by purging behaviors.

Muscle dysmorphia

is an unhealthy preoccupation with the body being too small or not muscular enough.
