No
Is video-taped instruction counted as didactic?
No, it must be in-person, telephonic, or electronic instruction as long as there is an opportunity to interact with the instructor.
Are continuing education credits required for an applicant's initial license renewal?
No..... so this means if I am licensed December 25th 2017 that I will not need to do CEs for April 30th, 2019 but then on April 30th 2021 I will need the 30 CEs for that one.
The Board can waive CE requirements in what circumstances?
The Board can waive CE requirements on an individual basis for reasons of: -military service -hardship -illness -disability

Two reasons the Board would not grant CE credits for: 1. business portion of a meeting of a pharmacy organization or association 2. any meeting that is offered to sell or promote a product

Yes, you can carry over up to 10 CE credits if the credits were earned in the last 6 months of the preceding biennial period and not previously reported.

You receive 3 CE credits per new research or teaching program. You can receive a maximum of 6 credits this way. You can not receive any credit if you are a full-time teacher or researcher
How many credits do you receive for completing a graduate level course relating to the practice of pharmacy?
You receive 3 credits per course. (no limit to the number of CEs earned this way)

What happens if my course or program was two hours long and I only attended one hour?
you get no CEs for that- you need to complete the course or program to get the credit
