When they showed up, the questions were all really hard and the students left one by one because they thought they could just pretend they hadn't seen the notice telling them their exam had to be retaken and they could study more. Ben couldn't just pretend he hadn't seen it so he stayed even after everyone else had left. His teacher came in and said it was a hoax to see who was the most honest student in the class, then gave him ten dollars.
