He sees himself as dirty. He says what is the point of this world. He sees the world as a patch of land filled with crap. This world is possessed by things that are rotten. Unhappy soliloquy. What is important about Horatio's allusion to Julius Caesar

Horatio in particular sees the ghost as an ill omen boding violence and turmoil in Denmark's future, comparing it to the supernatural omens that supposedly presaged the assassination of Julius Caesar in ancient Rome (and which Shakespeare had recently represented in Julius Caesar). It almost gets violent. Ophelia is the most tragic character in this play in ms b's opinion.

the king is getting drunk and partying. Hamlet says even though i was born here, it is more honorable to skip doing this. Hamlet says it embarrasses and takes from our achievements. "our attribute" Hamlet is against the tradition because he says we are better people than this. It is embarrassing to be known for this dumb tradition. Claudius is leading into this tradition and doing it.
