Mental health is our social and psychological well being, It affects the way we think feel and act. Emotional health is how happy, resilient and self confident we are. If you are emotionally healthy you are able to make changed and recover from things quickly. The difference between the two is that being emotionally healthy depends on how you control it but mental health is hard to control. The similarity is that they both affect the way we act.

Wellness or living a healthy lifestyle does only require you to be fit in physical. Wellness is the overall state of your being having balanced the physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional aspects. The importance of your peer group links it with your social aspect. Peer group helps you grow as a person by interacting with them. You can learn something from them aside what you have learned at home or in school. Their behaviors, matching your own challenges you why you are different from them. This will help you realize the importance of your per group.

Explain how hereditary diseases are passed from one generation to another.

A hereditary disease is a genetic disease. It passes down to next generations because when male and female make gametes/sex cells - they pass on information to gametes, and then when fertilization occurs, gamete cells fuse together and their genetic material from each parent fuses together too and the zygote is formed. That's why the baby has similar genetic material to their parents.

Describe the major differences between a person with good wellness and one heading toward premature death.

A person with good wellness* - does not do drugs - eats healthy - exercises regularly - takes part in social events - and does not drink alcohol *heading towards Premature death* - they use drugs - use alcohol - aren't very social with people. - eats junk food all day - does not exercise at all - also known as couch potatoes.
