Summarize the advantages of seeking advice and feedback regarding decision-making skills.
my answer: it can strengthen family bonds by showing that you care about their opinion and you can see your choice from a different point of view.
Identify a major health-related decision that teens might have to take. How can teens access information and use decision-making skills to make an informed choice that promotes individual, family, and community health?
my answer: a major health decision that teens might have to make is to start, and stay, on a diet. Teens can access information by using credible online resources or speaking to a health professional about what diet would best suit said teens. Then, teens can use the decision-making skills to promote individual health by seeing if the diet has improved their health, promote family health by lowering worry in said family, and promote community health by encouraging and inspiring neighbors to perhaps go on a diet themselves.
Explain and defend this statement: decision making and goal setting are interrelated.
my answer: decision making and goal setting are interrelated because the decisions you make will impact on whether or not you reach your goal and the goal you set will influence your decisions to get to said goal.
