Because people can never totally erase experiences from our memories and can pre-program our future success more effectively by becoming aware, addressing and challenging the self-image, or projections, not the kind of person they can believe they can become. It is to strike a balance among the various parts of life.

Happiness involves making the best out of whatever happens and remains optimistic and has the natural experience of winning your self-respect and the respect of others. It creates a sense of purpose, building deep connections with others, improving skills and learning, playing games, and getting to know everyone else.
