Once you have an account, you can access a hosted service from any device. Is there any difference when you log in from a desktop, browser, tablet or smart phone?

A desktop gives you the most features. A web app has slightly less functionality. A tablet app uses the touchscreen features and you can make small changes and check data. A smart phone app offers only the most important features.
