How would your current boss describe your work and contribution

My current boss would say I am an responsible and reliable worker who gets stuff done and who does her best.

What do you like to do outside of work

Outside of work I like to spend my time with family and friends, going on adventures like walking or going to a new place is something that I find enjoyable.

What factors do you struggle in

I struggle with working in a group but I am in a team sport that helps me improve on working together and becoming more open to new ideas.

How do you go about continuing to develop your professional skills and knowledge

I am In various club and or team groups that help me improve on many social skill and communication skills.

When can you possibly start working

I can start working as soon as possible. I am ready to be apart of the company.

I have my GED and my RNA with my bachelors.

I heard your company through a good friend of mine who recommended me applying here.

I want this position because not only will it help me improve in my skills but also help me better my community and to help people in need.

I would bring a positive attitude and a better working condition

What are your expectations for this rolle during the first 30 days, years or more

My expectations would be to be organized, timely and to be helpful in everything that I see that need to be helped.

Why are you leaving your current employer?

My previous job wonderful, but this job will provide me more experience and more responsibilities that I am ready for.

What are your qualifications for this position ?

My qualification is that I have many experiences in nursing homes and in helping others when in need, I have taken a CPR class and have been in many groups.

Who do you consider your top competitor, and why

My top competitor would be time, because everything has a time limit and sometime you need to make quick decisions that can make it or break a sisturation.

What do you think are the most important qualities for someone to excel in this role.

Some important qualities are being respectful and knowing how to be organized to find work and to know what is due and what is needed to be done.

What are the biggest opportunities you will be facing right now

The biggest opportunities that I have with this job is the amount of social skills and experiences that I will gain just from being in the building.

The three most important skills that I have are communication, organized and I am timely.

The working conditions and how friendly people are is something that brought me to the company.

This job provided the responsibility and met my expectations that I would want in a job. The most interesting thing I found was they way people in the work area hold themselves up and are able to work together in a great work place surrounded by many interesting people.
