Shay Casey

Born and raised in San Francisco, one of the few natives who remained in the city . . . until I moved to Oakland about 5 years ago. Happily married with a 2-year-old son now. Have been with Salesforce either as a contractor or a full employee since 2007, all with the AppExchange or Partner Operations teams. I enjoy acting, singing, and watching movies.

Calvin Ou

Born and raised in the South Bay, I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in CS in 2015. After initially joining Salesforce as a Summer intern I've worked as a developer for the Hammer team, helping maintain the functionality, integrity and quality of the Apex programming language. I hope to learn new skills in addition to building on top of my existing ones as an ISV Technical Evangelist. I love exploring the outdoors by going hiking, mountain biking and skiing. I enjoy working with my hands to take apart, fix and improve but more often than not I end up breaking electronic gadgets, appliances and cars. I also volunteer for an Oakland based non-profit called the Crucible which teaches industrial arts to both adults and at-risk kids of the Bay Area. Feel free to drop by and say hello and I'll tell you about Vanessa, a 2006 Ford Econoline Van that I'm in the process of converting into a camper/adventure mobile... I promise, it's almost done!

I have a B.A. in Business Management Economics which goes hand-in-hand with the fact that I am interested in many different things. One of my deepest interests has been innovation in technology. I think that the most unique things that I do outside of work are meditation and printmaking.

Alex Wong

Laura Kulikauskaite

Born in Kaunas, Lithuania (yes, I do love basketball), moved to Reading UK to do my undergrad and then eventually to London for Masters in Information Systems and Digital Innovation (decided that this title goes along nicely with my surname) at LSE. By now I've been living in the UK for nearly 6 years. Did a fair bit of studying and a few internships before Salesforce. Joined the company in Jan 2016 to work with emerging partners in Europe and, currently, I'm covering EMEA South with Germany, France and Israel being my main countries. I also like organising activities for the team, it's always fun to gather everyone together and have a good laugh. When it comes to my hobbies I love travelling, hiking, discovering cool places in London and experiencing new things. German boyfriend is now a way how I can justify my excessive travelling :) Horse riding is something I'm still very keen on doing when I have an opportunity (I used to compete in dressage a while ago). Oh, and I really like contemporary art - last weekend I visited Documenta14, the biggest contemporary art exhibition in the world and it was great!

Prior to that I worked in pre-sales at a few different software companies. I have three kids, all boys, all under the age of 5 so right now my only hobby is trying to catch up on sleep. I do love to cook though. When things fall back into a routine, my husband and I are avid divers. I use to like to travel but am pretty limited now (see above). So for the unforeseen future, my travel extends to Michigan to see family (where my husband and I grew up), Florida to see family, the Smokey Mountains or the Atlantic Ocean (since the mountains and the ocean are within 4 hours of us).

We have no kids and can focus on things we like to do ;) But we have two nieces and two nephews, which can be indeed like own children sometimes. Joining Salesforce in 2008 as a Senior Solution Engineer in Direct Sales for DACH I worked in an incredibly growing (from 35 in 2008 to almost 1000 in 2017) DACH Team. In 2015 I decided to join the TE Team in EMEA and work since then with my Partner Account Manager to onboard new Appexchange Partner and make the existing ones very successful. I love to travel and experience the variety of cultures all over the world. Cooking is another passion that I try to spend time when it is possible. The fun with spending time in the kitchen is that you have to invite friends to share the outcome, which leads to value time and some good wine drinking.

Kees Heida

I live in the center of the Netherlands (Hoogland) with my wife, three kids and a dog. I joined Salesforce as a remote ISV TE in October 2014 because I strongly believe that the combination of low-coding environments and reuse of existing solutions can drive innovation and prosperity. After looking around I found Salesforce to be the only company that really shared my belief. Outside of work I love to travel and go back to nature with my family. As a technology addict, I also spent some time in my little workshop making all kinds of working car/truck/boat models from scratch.

I discovered the internet in 1996, when contracting at HSBC in London and sitting next to 2 guys who were the bank's entire "Internet Dept" at the time. I then spent the next 15 years in a wide range of 'online', 'e-' and 'digital' roles at the bank, including 3 years in Vancouver (still my favourite place on earth) as head of digital at HSBC Canada and finally global Digital Product Lead. Family keeps me busy here in Austin - I've got two daughters, 11 & 13, two dogs, Standard Poodle and an Irish Terrier, and one wife (who uses Salesforce every day for her job with Dell and for whom I serve as tech support). In 2006, I became the first Platform SE when Salesforce made it's first go at selling the platform on it's own. Later, I moved into a pre-sales platform architect role. From there I did a short stint in R&D working with large customers with thorny, complex issues before landing this gig on the ISV team where I have been for the last 4 years. Family keeps me busy. I have two boys, 14 & 16. My wife is a teacher's assistant at the local middle school. I love technology, gadget enthusiast (not quite a "nut" yet), and I love to travel and cook.
