What days would you like to work? Weekends?
I am available to work anywhere from 3-5 days a week; weekends are okay.
What age group do you prefer?
I can handle all age groups, but I would prefer to work with kids from 5-9 years old
What do you do to live a healthy way of life?
I try to maintain a healthy diet, I workout 4 days a week dance 5 hours a week at the UofA. I take care of my body/hygiene and try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night
If a customer was not satisfied how would you handle the situation?
I would be polite and apologize for the lack of satisfaction and ask how we could improve their satisfaction next time. The member's satisfaction always come first
What hours would you like to work?
I would like to work anywhere from 15-20 hours a week, but I am willing to work as much as necessary
What would make you an asset to Lifetime Fitness?
I would love to be part of such a great environment for kids. I want to work in a healthy, positive environment while still educating kids.
How would you handle a child who is not following the rules?
I would make it clear to them to follow the rules next time and that if they arent followed they wont be able to continue with the activity.
How would you break up a fight among kids?
I would: 1. separate them 2. assess the situation 3. talk them through how they were feeling 4. have the children apologize and 5. come up with a way to make sure it does not happen again
What are your plans for the future?
I'm hoping to get more experience with kids because I want to be a dance teacher someday
How flexible are you?
I'm very flexible; I'm taking online math class from June-July (shouldn't really interfere with work) and I need to put in my two week's notice at the end of July to go back to school
Biggest weakness?
Taking criticism/negative comments personally
What's a time in your life something unexpected happened and how did you deal with that?
When my grandpa died. It was really hard for me but I kept myself busy (with dance and school) so it wasn't on my mind 24/7.
Tell us about a time where you had to stop doing something to help someone out.
Whenever my roommate is sick, I stop doing whatever I'm doing to get her what she needs.

Why do you think you would be a good camp counselor?
With my background in dance and theater, I'm very enthusiastic. I also have past experience working with children so i am familiar with handling them. I can engage the children with my smile and positive atitude
