UNDERSTAND the current culture to understand whether to maintain or change it. -ARTICULATE the culture through slogans, ceremonies, and shared experiences. - REWARD and promote people whose behaviors are consistent with desired cultural values. -Ex. Loftin implementing saying "Howdy"
