Describe an ideal work environment or "the perfect job."
"The perfect job" is where I can find a pleasant and empowering environment. And where I can enhance my skills along with the team that I work with.
How would you describe an ideal supervisor?
An ideal supervisor is someone who can bring the team together, someone who is fair and trustworthy.
Explain, step by step, how you have coached an employee who had performance problems.
As a leader, the first thing I must do is identify the issue, then communicate and work on a solution together. I think it is important not to discourage them in the process.
What do you do when others resist of reject your ideas or actions?
Ask questions on why would they resist my ideas. Listen and recognize from their point of view. If they have a better idea then I will have to agree with them.
What skill set do you think you would bring to this position?
Customer service like the ability to adapt, use positive language, empathy.
If you had to describe your own leadership style as directive, delegating, or coaching, which would you choose? Please explain why giving examples.
Delegating, because as a leader, I can't and should not do everything by myself. Delegating helps my team to develop professionally.
Tell me about a time when you were a part of a great team. What was your part in making the team effective?
During school activities, I'd give my suggestions and concerns.

I am fairly certain that I am the best applicant for this position. I am a fast learner, and I am passionate about the things that I do, which keeps me motivated and excited about doing my best.
As a supervisor, it is essential to motivate employees in your area. Sometimes this must be done using non-monetary means. Please describe some creative ways you have motivated and recognized employees in the past non-monetarily.
I can motivate my employees by being respectful, honest and supportive, by making the workspace more pleasant for them to work.
How do you know when you are stressed? What do you do to de-stress?
I know when I'm stressed if I feel frustrated and moody. I usually take a walk to de-stress.
In what areas would you like to develop further? What are your plans to do that?
I like to develop my communication skills further. I can do it by paying more attention with whom I'm talking to.
What strengths did you rely on in your last position to make you successful in your work?
I relied on my ability to manage my time wisely, meeting deadlines and finishing my tasks.
In what way(s) do you express your personality in the workplace?
I simply express myself in the workplace by not trying to be someone I'm not.
Suppose your supervisor asked you to get information for them that you know is confidential and he/she should not have access to. What would you do?
I will not get the information since it cannot be accessed and I'm sure that my supervisor will understand that it is confidential
Suppose you are in a situation where deadlines and priorities change frequently and rapidly. How would you handle it?
I'll handle it by doing it on time and managing my time wisely so it's easier for me adapt with rapid changes of the deadlines.
If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength what would that be? And, your primary weakness-what would that be?
If my colleagues had an opportunity to tell my primary strength, that would be how passionate and friendly I am as their colleague. My primary weakness would be how of an overthinker I am.
As a component of this position, you may have to work on a team on certain projects. Describe when you've worked on a team before and what, in your opinion, constitutes an effective team? What do you expect from others on the team and what do you need from others on the team?
In school, we usually make projects, and it involves teamwork. To constitute an effective team, cooperation and communication is important so that we are able to share ideas that allows for better planning.
What do you do when you know you are right and your boss disagrees with you? Give me an example.
It is important to acknowledge my boss, so I'll recognize my boss's point of view and ask if you can share my own after.
What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
My strengths are that I have the ability to work in a team and I am a hardworking person. My weaknesses are that I lack in leadership skills and public speaking.
What is your interpretation of "success?"
Success is being part of something bigger, helping a team in achieving worthy goals.
What are your short-term and long-term goals?
The short-term goal, I want to deliver more than what is expected of me. As for the long-term goal, I seek bigger things so that I can continuously test myself.
