Based on the constitutional clause dentified in part A, explain why the facts of Gonzales v. Raich led to a different ruling / holding than the ruling / holding in United States u. Lopez.
Gonzales v. Raich was different because Marijuana could be taken outside of California which means it would go into 49 other states that does not have legal medical marijuana. Marijuana is a national market and therefore was apart of interstate commerce, making it so the national government could restrict.

In McCulloch v. Maryland court case it was said that the state could not tax a federal bank. And In Arizona v. United States, it was said that the state could not regulate immigration the way that it attempted to. In both cases, states attempted to wield power that constitutionally should belong to the national government.
How did the National Labor Relations Board v. Jones and Laughlin Steel Corporation affect the balance of power between the states and the national government.
It gave more power to congress and the federal government to be able to regulate interstate commerce

Overall it led to a similar ruling because both have power to the federal government but McCulloch v. Maryland took away power from states while NFIB v. Sebelius equally gave rights
