Clinical Observation
Non-standardized measure designed to gather info objectively on important performance areas and components
Interviewing
OT practitioner gains important info regarding: Family/ pt goals, values, perceptions, discharge planning, history, family dynamics and develop rapport

Observing a child during a functional task. Looking at hand use, attention span, gait, posture, performance components
