Interview steps

-develop a plan of action -conduct the interview privately if possible -put the person at ease -let the person being interviewed do the talking -perfect questioning techniques -select your questions carefully -identify less common forms of evidence -do not challenge answers given -stay in control -take good notes -conclude the interview properly -learn from your experience

Also known as UF-61, A computer print out report generated by Omniform and prepared for information received from complaints at the precinct of record or prepared from the complaint report worksheet submitted by reporting members.
